It was a coincidence, we were planning on buying land in Michigan and I went through different realtors and I honestly didnt like the way they went about the process. I looked and luckily found Chris and contacted him. He was awesome and went above and beyond. We got to see the lot within a matter of a couple days and he was flexible enough to go out on a weekend. He helped us get in touch with a lender and it was easy and the pricess was quick. Chris is very kind and easy to work with; he made home buying much less stressful and explained the whole process in detail. He was able to find us a home that is perfect for us at a good price in this insane market. I can't recommend Chris enough and I will be using him again whenever it comes time to sell.

I’d rehire him in a heartbeat. Working with Chris was excellent for us. He helped us set realistic expectations for what was in our price range and stuck it out with us for several months as we looked for a home. We appreciated his insight into what he thought was reasonable or not.
