Great communication Chris was awesome! He was on the ball through the whole process. Gave us great feedback back on what to fix and how to showcase our house the best. He replied back to our questions same day! Very knowledgeable about updates and different loans and what they require so we can pass inspection. Our house was on the Market for 48 hours!!!! Definitely recommend!
Buying a home can be a challenge, but not with an amazing agent like Chris Simpson. We first met Chris in February, not quite sure what area of town to pick or style home we wanted, he guided us through the process with patience and expertise. He was proactive and responsive throughout the process of viewing homes and making offers. Chris has a very calm demeanor and did not pressure us at any time. In April, Chris navigated us through a few offers and was supportive. When we finally decided on our new home, Chris assisted with contacts for every step of the way. He helped us set realistic expectations for what was in our price range and stuck it out with us for several months as we looked for a home.
