I’d rehire him in a heartbeat. Working with Chris was excellent for us. He helped us set realistic expectations for what was in our price range and stuck it out with us for several months as we looked for a home. We appreciated his insight into what he thought was reasonable or not. One instance we came across was during the process of making and offer and debating the seller’s counter, and if we didn’t have Chris, we likely would have lost a significant amount of money. Chris earned our trust!
Couldn't ask for better! Chris exceeded all of our expectations on what to expect when dealing with a realtor. You could tell throughout the entire process that he truly cares about his clients and wanted us to love the house we ended up purchasing, not just to purchase the biggest or highest priced house. He was honest with us when he thought houses wouldn't be the best fit for us, and offered advice on things that could be fixed quickly with others. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner (even while on vacation!) and made the process a lot easier and less stressful than I had always been told buying a house would be. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell, he is a true professional who loves this profession.

Chris is an amazing Realtor, if he doesn't know the answer, he'll get it. Chris was my Realtor, GC, advisor, he wore many hats helping me find the right home, it took awhile , he kept encouraging me, telling me we'll find it, he was right and we did.
