I just received this great info graphic from our friends at Michigan Mortgage. It looks like 2022 is shaping up to be another good year for both buyers and sellers in the real estate market! Things look like they could be a little more stable for buyers, but still lacking the inventory for first time home buyers which is good for our sellers.
If you are thinking about selling or buying a home in 2022, please reach out to me! Lets have a conversation NOW to prepare for the changing market that may be coming in the new year!

At the end of last year, some experts were predicting home prices to rise a moderate 2-5% in 2021; however, as of Q3 2021, the FHFA’s House Price Index skyrocketed 18.5% to its highest historical level.7 Bottom line: These predictions are only an estimation. Factors such as the pandemic, the job market, and even severe weather events can alter the trajectory of these forecasts. Whatever lies ahead, remaining flexible and adapting quickly is key to succeeding in this ever-changing market.
