Closing Day!

Closing Day is the best day!!! Another opportunity to help fire a landlord today! This young man had a plan when I met him and he is well on his way! I met Aaron back in July when he was interested in one of the homes I had listed for sale. We talked about his goals and what he was looking for in a property. I was impressed with his plan to buy his first home build some equity and someday turn it into an investment property as he moves up in house. I started working with him to find the right home that met his needs. After losing a couple deals he found a “For Sale By Owner” property at a great price. I represented him, and worked with the seller to put a deal together, and get it under contract. After a few challenges along the way, we closed on a great little home today that will fit the bill down the road if he decides to use it as an investment property. Congratulations my friend!
